There shall henceforward be Peace and Friendship…between their respective Subjects, who shall enjoy full security and protection for their persons and property within the Dominions of the other.
如果英语学得略微好点就应该能看出，这只是双方保证，对方属民在己国的人身和财产权受到保护，也就是说，你不许欺负我的人，我也保证不欺负你的人。
